I'm an AI Solutions Architect at 89 Solutions, where I build and architect AI agents using Moveworks Agent Studio to solve real business problems. My work focuses on designing intelligent automations, creating seamless enterprise experiences, and helping organizations realize the value of Agentic AI. Passionate about innovation, user experience, and turning complex challenges into simple AI-powered solutions. Four years ago I joined SettleMint India to architect enterprise blockchain solutions, and the journey has been a steep, satisfying climb. Along the way I have closed a €2M real-estate marketplace deal with the Real Estate Regulatory in Saudi Arabia, lifted secondary-market liquidity by 30% for a leading BFSI client through a bond-fractionalisation play, taken an Abu Dhabi Growth Fund subsidiary from blank slate to a live supply-chain traceability platform in four months, and designed an NFT-led recycling-reward programme for Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling — proof that blockchain can also be playful. Nine years in tech with stops at Capgemini and TCS, plus an XLRI Jamshedpur stamp in between, taught me one thing on loop: complex problems only become real products when you simplify ruthlessly.

• Liased with the product owner to gather requirements for data protection of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) data for their consumers, 600M records, for one of the biggest insurance companies in US • Led a team of 5 developers as an offshore team-lead to convert business requirements to Agile user stories, allocation of story points & tracking delivery • Built a tool to match patterns to detect pseudonymous identifiers and generate a report of vulnerabilities resulting in savings of nearly 900 person-hours of manual effort • Won ‘Star of the month’ award for spearheading a mentoring program for CapG’s new joiners on various technical aspects needed for their roles • Led a team to conceptualize & build a knowledge management chatbot using LUIS, a machine learning-based service, and Microsoft bot framework for onboarding experience of new employees in a remote working setup. • Worked closely with the Microsoft’s SQL Always Encryption team to develop a work around for the encryption on special data types like User-defined datatypes which are not supported by the Encryption engine.
• Implemented cross-platform mobile application for IOS Android and Windows using Xamarin to leverage on the shared underlying resources which increased the reusability of code by almost 50%, resulting in saving around 800 hours of effort. • Conceptualised the idea of adding features like Push Notifications and implemented it across all the platforms in order to minimalize the delay of actionability. • Leveraged Azure Cognitive Services to develop a fun and easy feedback mechanism by clicking selfies that increased feedbacks by 70%. • Developed the application MySkills4Africa which was one of the first step towards the vision of digital upskilling of 230 million people of Africa. • Automated the process of scheduling online and offline sessions by 1000s of Microsoft FTEs and other vendor employees catering at multiple locations. • Received AA rating of Web Content Accessibility Guideline (WCAG) for meeting accessibility requirements so that the application can also be used by visually impaired users. • Deepdived into GDPR in its early stages and drove the team in identifying alterations needed in our applications to make them compliant with the regulations and developed generalized techniques to solve the most frequently appearing vulnerabilities.
