(*excluding Auth0) • Managed a diverse team of up to 1,200 individuals, fostering collaboration and innovation. • Directed a substantial budget ($xxxMM), optimizing resource allocation to drive engineering excellence and operational efficiency.
My tenure at AppD was when it was still a privately held startup. Managed a few teams building the next generation of APM (SaaS and on-prem) with focus on scalability and modernizing the stack to technologies such as Hadoop, HBase and all the stuff that goes along with those. Led organization through it's hyper growth phase working closely with recruiting to drive fast pace hiring all while keeping our SaaS systems running and trains departing.
Syncplicity is a SaaS file sharing solution in the cloud similar to DropBox and Box. I joined Syncplicity after the company had secured Series B and was responsible for leading engineering. After joining, I built out the engineering team on and off-shore, shipped the company's first phone and tablet applications for both Android and iOS and participated in technical due diligence for the company's acquisition.
