My greatest passion in life is to embrace human health and learn about what makes a good life. At the moment, I am privileged to be working with my passion in a mental health startup. We build a solution for healthcare providers and professionals that improves the productivity and availability of mental health care by helping the individual formulate their situation and goals and share this with their clinician for optimal care. My job tasks vary from product development to diverse tasks in marketing and sales, as well as executive team collaboration. Along with my jobs as a psychologist in product development and marketing, I am running my own podcast, through which I am aiming to popularise and make sense of the society and the human mind and behaviour. Moreover, I have specialized in health psychology to continue the learning on human health and good life. As a whole, what I have found intriguing while working in the health tech, health care and social care industry is the opportunity to work with people with diverse backgrounds. In my role as an occupational psychologist I support individuals and organizations facing changes in their everyday lives. In short, consultation, guidance for individuals and groups, coaching, and consultation for managers are the core of my services and responsibilities. Furthermore, workplace surveys and research are key elements in my job as well. I also produced my own service concepts, e.g. online coaching, and sold them to client companies successfully. All in all, increasing employee wellbeing, job satisfaction, and productivity in the workplace are intriguing tasks as I get he to help a whole organization perform better.
I direct and teach the psychology courses of Työväen Akatemia in cooperation with the open university. I teach courses in neuropsychology, psychological research methods, and work and organizational psychology. In addition, I guide students forward in their academic ambitions and goals regarding the field of psychology.

I worked in child welfare where I hold crisis interventions and other short-term interventios for young people in a stressful life situation as well as I worked with their family and relatives. Part of my job was to assess the development and traumas or other mental states of the children. I also hold crisis debriefing for the personnel of the institution. My work included co-operation with multi-professional teams and with a wide range of different organizations from healthcare to third parties.
I worked in a hospital in charge of providing high-quality specialized forensic psychiatric services and mental examinations for the needs of the whole country, and of forensic psychiatry personnel training and development operations. I did individual and group interventions, psychological assessment/testing and patient treatment planning in a multi-professional team.
