I’m a Master Credentialed Coach and Integrative Behavioural Strategist, blending behavioural science and neuroscience with personality and leadership models. With over 30 years of experience in coaching, consulting, and entrepreneurship, I empower individuals and teams as a Transformational, Executive, and Team Coach. Coaching Experience and Approach As a Transformational, Executive, and Team Coach, I consult, facilitate, and train in areas such as Strategy, Wellbeing, Change Management, Leadership Alignment, Leadership Maturity, and Organizational Resilience. I work with clients across South Africa, the broader African continent, the US, UK, Scandinavia, and Europe. I also serve on international coaching panels and collaborate with universities and business schools. My approach is warm, empathetic, and practical. I create trusted spaces where individuals and teams can explore challenges and unlock new possibilities. Among other things, I’ve skydived, cycled a few 100km races including the Argus and 94.7 (solo and as a tandem rider), fire-walked, and completed a 5-day solo vision quest in the Cederberg Mountains with just a tarp, sleeping bag, and a small change of clothes!
End of Life Coaches/Death Doulas provide support and a sense of calm for the dying, their loved ones and those around them during the dying process. Often they support opening the conversation about death and loss.
