Alongside my studies, I work part-time in customer service, where I've developed valuable communication and problem-solving skills. -Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to offer informed recommendations -Manage complex orders and ensure timely delivery and accuracy -Build and maintain relationships with customers - Understand and resolve unique customer issues and needs
-Follow lesson plans left by the regular teacher to keep the class on track. -Help students stay focused and made sure the classroom stayed safe and respectful. -Step into different classrooms as needed, working with all kinds of students and grade levels.(PreK-4) -Work with school staff to make sure the day ran smoothly for everyone.
- Provide animals with adequate doses of prescribed medication - Train and teach animals commands as well as proper human interaction etiquette - Keep work place as well as the animals personal items clean
- Sign students into system and provide codes for tests - Watch Cameras to ensure no cheating Takes place and help resolve technical difficulties -Open and Close testing room making sure all computers are disinfected and returned to start up screen
- Handle customer interactions, listen to complaints to help resolve customer issues as well as answer the phone - Open and close restaurant by cleaning tables, menus, and replacing what's needed -Train new employees showing them proper interactions with customers
