- Create media plans and strategies based off individual clients needs and budgets - Actively execute, manage and optimize complex paid media strategies - Collaborate with other professionals, including designers, web developers and social media managers to create cohesive strategies - Build teams of experts around client goals - Manage and maintain monthly budgets on all paid channels - Review and stay informed on current trends and technologies in digital advertising
- Work with marketing team and clients to create full-funnel marketing plans that align with client goals - Stay hands on on campaigns from execution through to reporting in order to maintain strong performance and high quality results - Work with Grassriots team to expand and scale digital marketing services and enhance client performance through paid advertising, and social media marketing - Develop and implement systems for monitoring and reporting on digital marketing programs, ensuring effective campaign execution - Support project management team in the creation of workback schedules, project hours, budget and deliverables - Review and stay informed on current trends and technologies in digital advertising
- Provide leadership and support to a team of Paid Media Strategists - Provide regular reporting, both with regards to the paid media team as well as a client portfolio - Actively manage and support complex paid media strategies, to help clients achieve their business goals - Work closely with other teams, including Account Managers, Creative and Website Development divisions - Provide mentorship, guidance and training - Assist in review and selection of candidates, conduct interviews with new candidates, assess their competency, interview exercises, and support with onboarding as needed - Stay up-to-date on current trends and technologies in the digital marketing and team management spaces
- Work with other team members to build and implement cohesive strategy aimed at achieving goals in effective and nimble manner - Develop and pitch digital strategies internally and to clients during and after sales process - Manage digital staff and delegate tasks effectively - Plan, budget for, and execute online ad campaigns on various ads platforms - Support in building, testing, and sending campaign emails on Nationbuilder, Action Network, and other platforms - Measure the effectiveness of content using integrated analytics tools - Produce actionable, data-driven reporting to provide real-time recommendations, including daily report monitoring - Build and establish processes and best practices alongside specialists and senior leadership - Ensure all projects are on-time, within the scope, and on-budget
