Core Focus Area of my E-Governance Consulting Digital archiving and management of judicial committee cases. The judicial committee used to rely on manual processes for the performance and management of judicial work, which made record searches time-consuming, and as the number of cases in the judicial committee increased over time, errors grew, and the system became ineffective. To address these challenges, I had the opportunity to lead a team of developers in designing and developing a web-based application to make the judicial system paperless. The application we developed eased the following tasks; • Digitalisation of judicial processes: Converting all manual judicial processes into digital form, ensuring accuracy in statistics, reducing paperwork, and reducing human errors. • Improvement in data management: Enabling municipal and ward employees to manage judicial data digitally, providing ease in data entry, updating, and retrieval. • Automated Application Generation: Implement templates to generate automated applications and legal documents, making the process easier and faster for employees. • Data Search and Monitoring Improvement: Provide data search and monitoring capabilities, which helped employees quickly and accurately find and track relevant data and cases. • Data Viewing: Develop a user-friendly dashboard that provides a complete overview of all judicial data, helping employees stay informed and organised. • Access Management: Implement comprehensive access management features to control user roles and permissions, ensuring secure and orderly performance. • Dual Functionality: Cover both the Judicial Committee and the Mediation Centre, covering all judicial functions. • Automated Reporting: Be able to provide automated reports when needed. • Increased Efficiency and Transparency: Improve the efficiency and transparency of overall judicial functions, improve service delivery, and enhance public trust.

    1. Strategic Vision & Ecosystem Building The geospatial and drone sector in Nepal is tightly regulated. My primary task was to position the company as a trusted partner for municipal governments, international non-governmental organisations (INGOs), and major private construction firms. 2. Navigating Regulatory Permissions Flying commercial drones in Nepal—especially long-range, city-scale missions—requires multi-ministry clearances (including the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal, Ministry of Home Affairs, and military protocols). My job was to oversee the strategic compliance and bureaucratic alignment needed to clear these hurdles smoothly. 3. Scaling the Business & Market Development Because advanced tech like LiDAR and drone-mapping carries a higher upfront cost, I had to play an active role in business development, show traditional engineering firms and government planners why investing in high-tech spatial data saves long-term project costs and prevents costly construction delays. 4. Directing Tech and Training Initiatives The company actively runs a Drone and Skills Academy. My role as a CEO was to ensures the company stays ahead of the technical curve (e.g., transitioning from basic photogrammetry to AI-driven predictive mapping) while cultivating a pipeline of qualified drone pilots and data analysts internally.

National Economic Transformation 2030 (NET2030) vision Implementation consultant. During my tenure as a Consultant, I had an opportunity to work with the private sector to learn about their status and the difficulties they are facing in the aftermath of the COVID pandemic, regarding the legal hurdles, financial challenges, and other issues. My work as a Consultant was to research and find out how the private sector and government could work hand in hand on solving the issues faced by the private sector and how the government could address those issues. like policy amendment, financial subsidies, amendment of monetary policies, and subsidising the private sector.

My duty as a Consultant here was to work in conjunction with the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) and lead a team of researchers, and come up with a strategic blueprint engineered for National Economic Transformation (NET) 2030 The motive behind this strategic blueprint was to 1. Resurrect the economy from the severe downturn caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. 2. Align private capital and multi-stakeholder cooperation with the government's goal of graduating Nepal from Least Developed Country (LDC) status. 3. Transition Nepal from a traditional, remittance-and-subsistence economy into a competitive, knowledge-based economy.

Visit Nepal Year 2020 (VNY2020) I had an opportunity to work with the Secretariat of VNY2020 to identify the possible sectors, like Adventure, MICE, Wellness, etc., where the government of Nepal could focus to increase the number of tourists. Though the campaign itself was a casualty of unprecedented global events, the findings and the knowledge I gained during the research broadened my understanding of the history of tourism and its current state.
