At Specs Warehouse, my role as On Premise Liaison taps into my expertise in team coordination and conflict resolution. The position requires a delicate balance of technical proficiency and interpersonal finesse, ensuring smooth operations between our wholesale managers and sales teams. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance, I am committed to enhancing our technological capabilities to streamline processes and improve customer experiences. My daily responsibilities include meticulous data entry, managing invoices, and supporting clients with on-premise pickups—each task executed with an aim for excellence in service. The knowledge gained from the University of Phoenix is instrumental in refining our systems network, and with each challenge, we are fostering a culture of efficiency and responsiveness, which are cornerstones of our success at Specs Warehouse.
As a on premise liaison, my role involves facilitating communication, coordinating activities, resolving conflicts, and ensuring that operations run smoothly. It also, consist of being the intermediary between the wholesale operation managers and sales representatives. As well as, monitoring orders being processed in the systems network by inputting, editing, and executing invoices for accounts through telnet. This involves generating sales by handling software, telephone switch boards, data entry, and emails. In addition, I assist accounts who make on premise pick ups, ensuring that all their needs are met through exceptional service.
