About

I am a Senior IT Program Executive with deep expertise leading enterprise transformation across grocery retail, supply chain, manufacturing, and technology environments. My career centers on modernizing operations end-to-end through the alignment of people, process, data, and systems - while building trust, governance, and strong cross-functional partnerships. I hold an Executive MBA from the University of East London, and I am PMP and CSM certified. Earlier in my career, I served in law enforcement and enterprise protection, which strengthened my situational awareness, crisis management, and ability to lead confidently under pressure. These experiences shaped my commitment to integrity, service, and building trust through action I’ve led large-scale, multi-year programs across Oracle ERP, SCM, Procurement, Manufacturing, MDM, WMS, FAW, OIC/OCI, DDR, HQ/MDM, and POS modernization, creating unified enterprise foundations for business growth. A cornerstone of my work includes delivering one of the industry’s most comprehensive Logile platform transformations, implementing unified forecasting, recipe management, production planning, shrink management, thermal intelligence, scale/grind management, and task execution across store operations, manufacturing, and supply chain. This work created a single operational pipeline that connects forecast → production → distribution → store execution. I specialize in building executive governance, PMO frameworks, and vendor ecosystem alignment - bringing Deloitte, Oracle, Logile, tSCG, NCR, Blue Yonder, Bizebra, and internal IT/business teams into a single, high-performing delivery model. My programs have improved operational efficiency, enhanced food safety and regulatory compliance, reduced shrink, and strengthened performance across Fresh, Prepared Foods, Deli, Bakery, Meat, Seafood, Produce, and warehouse operations. Beyond enterprise transformation, I am passionate about servant leadership. I mentor emerging project managers, develop organizational leaders, and serving as CEO/President the Project Management Institute (PMI) California Inland Empire Chapter, where I help shape enterprise strategy, executive leadership and professional development for a membership of over 700 professionals. I believe in leading with faith, integrity, humility, and accountability - and in building cultures where teams and people feel supported, empowered, and inspired to deliver their best.
