Team Management: - Manage a multi-disciplinary design team to execute user-centred designs. - Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing design team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and innovation. CEO Office: - Working with the CEO to design product and business-driven strategies. - Contribute to the initiative's strategic discussions around product definitions and roadmaps. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Collaborate with leaders across various departments to identify opportunities for product-driven improvements. - Guiding design-driven decision-making at all levels of the organisation. Budget Management: - Manage the Design and Social Media Marketing department's budget effectively. - Allocating resources for projects and tools as needed. Project Management: - Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of the design projects. - Ensuring design and other tasks are completed on time within the budget. Communication: - Present complex UX analytical findings and insights to the non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner. Product Design Department: - Develop and execute the UX Design, Research, and Prototyping roadmap. - Owning and improving governance, documentation, efficient patterns use, design system adoption & growth, and digital design language utilisation. - Setting Standards & Practices across the design and marketing team to ensure design consistency and scalability of the product. - Setting User Experience (UX) goals, priorities and deliverables.
