Satyam is currently pursuing his PhD in Marketing Management and Communications from IIM Amritsar. He has worked as assistant manager-IE at AVTEC, Ltd., where he was responsible for asset allocation, layout preparation and productivity enhancement activities. He has completed his Master's of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management from SGSITS, Indore. His master's thesis was in the field of decision making with the aim to select an optimum marketing strategy for a logistics company using multi-criteria decision making approach. He has also presented a paper related to his thesis at the International Conference on Innovation in Product, Process and System Design (ICIPPSD-2021). Satyam has completed Bachelors of Engineering in Industrial Engineering and Management from JEC, Jabalpur. He has also secured AIR 275 in GATE 2018. During his bachelors degree, Satyam has been a part of the social welfare club Karwaa.n of JEC. His major interests lies in the field of Marketing, Decision Making and Data analytics. He is well versed in using Excel, Power point, Python Pandas, Numpy, Seaborn, Matplotlib and PowerBI.
As the Assistant Manager Industrial Engineering, I was responsible for efficiently handling manpower, ensuring optimal allocation of personnel to various production tasks to maximize productivity and meet production targets. I managed the allotment of machines for production processes, guaranteeing the best utilization of resources for smooth and efficient operations.
