After graduating with a master's degree in mechanical engineering (India) and project my thesis (effect of machining parameters on machining characteristics in Electrical Discharge Machining of DIN 1.2714 Steel) , I worked for the Sangrur Industrial Corporation for three years, and then for VRP as head of the mechanical and civil engineering department for more than two years. I studied marine engineering and worked for Zodiac Maritime London for six months onboard . Now I am working with PLITEQ in the quality department for the past two years
Responsible for achieving in all operation department business, quality and safety goals • Evaluate First-off check, In-process Inspection sheet was prepared according to Quality requirements. • Responsible for collecting, preparing and testing retained samples from production to ensure the finished products comply with quality and production specification • Inspecting the products coming out of the lines at regular interval to ensure production personal are following proper QA/QC procedures. • Develop quality standards and provide quality system training and assistance to production personal on quality decision and measurement techniques • Identify the Quality issues daily, record analyzes data and issues non-conformance review forms, finding the root cause ,Quality alert to production, and follow up on corrective actions. • Assist in identifying quality and process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions. • Develop work instructions, procedures, and writing reports. • Responsible for Correcting all the line rejects with containment and action plans • Assisted the R&D team in carrying out various tests on the rubber crumb material .Dealing with RMA’s
Complete routine maintenance as designated by the checklist. Perform tasks such as replacing oil or lubricating equipment. Inspect, replace and/or repair damaged and malfunctioning parts. Interpret diagnostic test results. Use hydraulic machinery to lift large equipment and vehicles Perform tasks like replacing U joints ,seals,bearings,air bags,air lines And fuel lines ,detect leakage by applying pressure test
Ensure the safety of the workers by reporting all incidents, accidents and/or hazards. Ensure compliance and education of GMP, food safety, health and safety, and company policies and procedures. Participate and/or cooperate with the JHSC to improve safety procedures. Ensure compliance and education of lean manufacturing principles. Staffing organization to include attendance management, and staff is provided with the tools and resources to execute their job tasks. Responsible for minimizing waste. Execute the production schedule. Ensure the production standards are met or take necessary steps to meet standards to ensure maximum efficiency. Responsible for checking and ensuring that the Metal detectors are working properly by following the standard operating procedure set for this equipment. Report any deviation noticed to QA technician. Responsible for communicating issues, and/or problems for the assigned area relating to the production schedule, equipment breakdown and/or any other issues that would affect the subsequent shift through the communication board and directly when turning over the area to the next shift. Provide training on work procedures and participate in training as required. Facilitate shop-floor meetings. Report any deficiencies in systems, facilities, machinery, equipment and/or tools immediately to your Supervisor. Administration to include shift reporting of production standards. Trial Coordination.
