Overall responsibility for store operations, including RM Store, PM Store, Main Store, Spare Parts Store, and Scrap Store. Managed inward, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials as per production and dispatch requirements. Maintained complete store documentation such as GRN, Rejection Notes, RGP/NRGP, issue slips, and stock registers. Ensured material planning and timely availability of RM/PM for uninterrupted production. Implemented inventory control techniques like FIFO, ABC analysis, safety stock, and perpetual stock taking to minimize variances. Headed a team of approximately 40 manpower, including planning, allocation of work, and performance monitoring. Coordinated with Production, Planning, Quality, Procurement, Finance, Transporters, and Logistics for smooth operations. Created material indents, analyzed shortages, and followed up with suppliers for shortages, damages, and timely deliveries. Prepared and analyzed MIS reports (inventory, variance, non-moving, dead stock, productivity). Ensured proper storage, preservation, safe handling, and housekeeping as per 5S / 6S standards. Managed SAP MM module activities including inventory management, GRN posting, issue posting, and reconciliation support. Supported internal and external audits, ISO 9001:2015 compliance, and WMS implementation. Controlled non-moving, excess, and dead stock and supported disposal/clearing activities. Maintained MHEs, warehouse equipment, and ensured optimal utilization of space and resources. Coordinated stock transfers to other plants and ensured compliance with company SOPs and KPIs.
