Led the execution and launch of infrastructure resource management tools for cloud data-centers valued at a savings of $500M/yr. Owned the front-end user experience enhancements – wrote user stories, groomed backlogs and managed software engineer assignments / workload. Managed infrastructure software operations – defined back-end KPI, tracked and reported through automated dashboards. Worked with and influenced stakeholders across multiple business units to receive inputs on requirements; plus managed the prioritization and tradeoffs of competing needs.
