I was heading Plant HR department at Bangalore Facility since Sept 2014 till Feb 2019 looking after entire HR and Admn activities of the plant reporting day today activities to the plant head and functionally to DGM - HR. Previously was heading HR dept of Mysore plant from Sept 2010 to Sept 2014.
Looking after one manufacturing plant situated in peenya Bangalore having 230 employees with Union
Handling the responsibilities like welfare, apprentice, recruitment, union negotiations, handling committees etc
Handled the responsibilities like recruitment, training, Payroll, administration, performance appraisal, employee grievances’ statutory compliances, etc
