Achievements: • Developed of a year-round employee engagement initiative for ~500 employees in EMEA through end-to-end project management. I analysed survey results, interviewed employees, presented at senior leadership meetings and town halls. I recruited and managed volunteers who formed committees responsible for executing a total of 17 initiatives. • Built standardised HR practices within the EMEA Strategy Team. I wrote a hiring playbook, interview rubrics, an onboarding process, and a future talent database. I led the integration of the $75M Converse portfolio into Nike EMEA’s Customer Finance organization. I was responsible for project and change management. Achievements: • Implemented Direct Debit (payment automation) across ~1500 retailers in EMEA, which reduced Accounts Receivables by $3M. Built project plan, presented to senior leadership, and provided cross-functional project leadership for sales, operations and finance teams. • Renegotiated commercial terms with 3rd-party vendor through thorough data analysis and presentation. Resulted in annual savings of $1.3M. • Won Milestone Award in April 2019
