As an executive advisor, board member, lecturer and sought-after speaker, she helps organisations to optimally combine technology and human potential to achieve sustainable success and meaningful work. With over 25 years’ experience at companies including Microsoft, Philips and KLM, she is committed to a future in which robots support people’s work, enabling them to use their talents to create greater value, impact and purpose.

I inspire my audience to look, think and act differently. The future of work is not about work and we can have robots working and people living. I ensure that the listener immediately gets some real tools with which he or she can execute change straight away. Through my own work experience and scientific insights from research, I make my topics understandable in a practical way.
I am teaching HR professionals on how they can use AI for their work but mainly how they can use AI to improve their human potential and take a seat at the table on the future of work.
As part of the supervisory board, I bring my knowledge on the labour market and (future) innovations to this highly challenging sector. I am also part of this organisation because I am curious and want to challenge my own opinions and blind spots.
