- Responsible for building messaging, value proposition, differentiated product positionning for D&IS* portfolio - Creating product marketing collaterals (white papers, product sheet, presentation, videos,) and ensure updates - Coordinating marketing expectations from sales network worldwide - Coordinating communication of solution's vision & value to sales team - Coordinating marketing efforts with product platforms, sales teams worldwide, communication team, external agencies (* D&IS portfolio is including cybersecurity, railway signalling, turnkey systems & railway infrastructure)
- Preparation of proposal/tender documentation for light rail vehicles (LRV) - Supervision and expansion of offer activities - Management of the internal quotation process and tender team - Interface with customers and managing of negotiations with customers - Intensive observation of the market and competitive activities
- Planning and organization of the operation of workshops for the maintenance of rail vehicles - Setting up and monitoring a budget planning for the above-mentioned activities - Management and supervision of trainees at the site - Planning and monitoring of maintenance infrastructure - Successfully leading a team of 9 employees
