With over a decade of experience in product development and management, I serve as the Corporate Vice President of Customer Excellence at CGM. Leading a dedicated team, I focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and continuously improving our customer interactions. We establish best practices within the company and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for functional areas to measure the effectiveness of our strategies and drive continuous improvement.
