At Impact Action Hub we match in-class projects, students tackle on a daily basis with challenges real NGOs, charities and other non-profits face. So that whenever a student has to do a project in class, they are able to work with real numbers, real problems, and create real change.
Supporting FUNDAP as an Impact Consultant to increase their financial sustainability and strategic development as of one of Guatemala’s largest NGOs. I focus on designing scalable funding models, improving donor retention strategies, and exploring innovative revenue streams to strengthen long-term impact. Projects until now include the creation of low-cost stationary stores, an incubator for pre-seed entrepreneurs, the foundation of an ex-volunteer crowdfunding network, and the set up of a digital alumni community.
I was heavily involved in the creation of the investment strategy of a private family office, spanning across investments in venture capital and private equity, stocks, and conventional liquidity products.
