Ops professional with 2+ years of consulting and BizDev experience, followed by 3+ years of hands-on Ops expertise, ranging from leading a procurement team to driving multi-million saving projects. Today I work in Special Operations team at HelloFresh that takes on complex high-impact projects in operations from opening a new warehouse to procurement cost cutting. The job enables me to create a high-level strategy and lead execution along exceptional people in a very diverse, open and fun environment. For the 2 years before that I have been part of the Leadership Program at HelloFresh that rotated top performers across different departments. I worked on (1) developing a growth & brand strategy for Japan and Italy launches, (2) lead a procurement team of 3 people for over a year for the Irish launch. I also have 2 years of experience in business development and consulting, I graduated summa cum laude from a double-degree master program International Management / CEMS from Rotterdam School of Management and University of Sydney. Leading high-impact cross-functional projects in operations such as: • Multi-million project focused on identifying opportunities to reduce PCK costs, 80% of which materialised • Cultural transformation in the Nordics DC resulting in 21% engagement improvement (initial assessment, building & starting to execute initiatives roadmap) • “Free product" initiative roll-out across 11 markets, responsible A to Z for Ops success (forecasting, product selection, DC prep), achieved low waste & stockout
• Built and led a procurement team of 3 people for the Irish launch owning P&L, OKRs, hiring process, set up all processes from scratch, led over 200 supplier negotiations • Achieved lowest costs, error and waste rates of all 4 HelloFresh young markets
• Advised one of Russia’s largest telecom providers on developing a multi-service ecosystem (mobile, internet, taxi, music) and restructuring tech to enable it • Identified pain points in interaction between business and IT, and built the IT Governance model to tackle them
- Analysed EU waste management systems, mapped key inefficiencies and proposed solutions to achieve 75% packaging waste recycling by 2030; - The project was presented to the European Commission, earning an invitation to the EU consultation on future waste policies
