- Implement client treatment plans with operationally defined target behaviors and promote skill acquisition using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) such as evidence-based methodologies of Pivotal Response Training (PRT), Discrete Trial Training (DTT), and Natural Environment Teaching (NET) - Maintain clinical notes of daily sessions and submit billing, incident reports, and all other documents in a timely manner - Display sensitivity to the cultural and linguistic needs of clients and families served
- Provide one-on-one skills instruction to children diagnosed on the autism spectrum - Collect data using various methods including partial interval recording, momentary sampling, and latency to determine client progress in Behavior Intervention Plan - Communicate confidentially between parents, supervisors, behavior analysts, and other members of the client’s team
