I am the founder and executive director of Still I Run - Runners for Mental Health Awareness, a national non-profit that promotes running for mental well-being so that more people can live healthier lives.

- Work closely with the senior leadership team to effectively communicate messages to the various internal populations within the business - Consult with Human Resources business partners across brands and regions to develop thought leadership around critical internal messaging and execute communication plans accordingly via email, digital signage, and/or print. - Participate in the planning and execution of a variety of employee-engagement activities and events, which may include developing strategies and milestones, planning and scheduling, and providing logistics and support. - Create messaging and video scripts for associate-facing videos. - Help manage The Lounge, the internal communications platform for news and engagement across global brands. - Keep track of and manage internal communications content calendar to ensure appropriate flow of communication to associates - Manage internal distribution lists - Work with all business partners across the business to build out and manage content on the Intranet - Execute all facets of associate communications-related meetings, such as Global Town Halls and Ask Me Anythings. This may include scheduling, working with presenters on content and flow of meeting, providing technical and audio/visual support, managing logistics and attendee support, PowerPoint creation, event moderating and more.
