2010-2011 : • Promotion of Saint-Gobain India’s vision, to its stakeholders, for sustainable development through websites, film, social media, presentations, and workshops • Managing official executive communication and coordinating management events (Town Halls etc.) for the Managing Director’s office and senior management teams • Partnering with global Saint-Gobain teams on a major employer branding and corporate values project 2008 – 2010 : • Formulated and implemented the official Saint-Gobain India Internal Communication Policy and maintaining Brand integrity • Creative content and promotion of the Corporate Values Programme across Saint-Gobain India through film, websites, the Intranet, E-Learning promotional literature and workshops 2005-2008 : • Branding HR related initiatives for employees through the Intranet e.g. Gallup, employee referral schemes, event specific days etc. • Developing content and managing the Saint-Gobain India website, Intranet and developing internal and external newsletters and other literature
