In this all-important position, I coordinated all functions of the project management office (PMO), administered capital expenditures (CapEx), drove competitive contract negotiations, and fulfilled all procurement activities. During this time, I arranged all Aerospace Group capital expenditures (CapEX) projects on a PMO level to efficiently organize priorities, capturing annual recurring capital investments of over $25M.
In this key leadership position, I held simultaneous obligations in coordinating and leading all necessary activities to plan, build and run our new production facility such as design review meetings, facilitating plant expansion project activities, and performing routine testing of all equipment. Since Summer 2016 I moved to California to execute the project. In serving as Head of Project Management Investment Projects, I held direct oversight of all program management, site selection, engineering, and international leadership activities. During my time in this role, I also disbursed capital expenditures (CapEx) for a corporate group.
