With more than 20 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, I am open-minded, committed and passionate and in a challenging environment motivated and satisfied with varied tasks and ever new challenges. In addition, I have a broad knowledge of technical knowledge, team lead experience and worked in a projects with different scope as an sme in cross-functional teams. I have experience with launch activities for new products, with Clinical and stability Studies and planning of a huge spectrum of pharmaceutical products in different lifecycle stages as well as with different related technologies and innovations. I am a straight forward thinking person with the view outside of the box and an end to end mindset who is willing to take responsibility and develop my skills for further needs. Additionally I am well organized and have a strong interest in expanding my skills and E2E knowledge of the supply chain. With my project participation of a RPA solution and implementation of new ERP and Planung systems i found a new topic which is very high Ranked in my Personal prio List.
The Clinical Supply Coordinator (CSC) leads the operational coordination and execution of all in-house packaging activities of Investigational Medical Products (IMPs) for global and local studies. This includes an effective and efficient set-up of clinical packaging designs as well as the coordination of the availability of all bulk and packaging material to ensure a timely production and delivery of released IMPs to Roche depots in accordance with local standards and regulatory requirements. The CSC is responsible for all tasks related to packaging order management within the planning time fence. As of November 1st 2021 the role of a shelf Life Extension Manager has been added to my responsibilities. Scope is the Extension of the shelf Life for finish goods and the coordination of the extension between Material Management, Supply Manager, Print Shop & packaging as well as with the Depots and Sites in the Network where the goods are stored. As of May 1st 2022 the role Name changed from CSC to GCOM - Global Clinical Order Manager and the responsibilty for the Orders and tasks from a local to a global Environment. In March 2023 i joined the Clinical ICSM project and support as a tester the Development of ICSM as the Clinical Part of the Global SAP S/4 Aspire project. ICSM project is Setup using the Scrum Methodology. Additionaly i started to represent my Team and the Order Management Part in the Clinical OMP project which is replacing the planning Part with SAP APO in the Clinical supply Chain. Both together with 50% of my working time. With October 1st. 2023 i Start with 20% of my working time as a BCL (Business capability leader) for Order Management D2D Business in a ad interim role. The Daily Business as GCOM decreased to only 30% during that time.

Ab 01/2018: zusätzlich Mitarbeit in weiteren Investitionsprojekten für neue Verpackungslinien und Maschinenkomponenten sowie Projekten zur Verpackung neuer Produkte und deren Konfiguration auf den bestehenden Linien. Als MPS verantwortlich für die Produktionsplanung zweier Blisterverpackungslinien im Bereich Small Molecules. Als Teil meiner beruflichen Weiterentwicklung erfolgt die Tätigkeit für einen befristeten Zeitraum von 12 Monaten um das Aufgabenfeld und die Vorprozesse der Verpackung in der Supply Chain besser kennenzulernen.
Vom März 2004 bis 31.Dezember 2004 als Mitarbeiter der Roche Pharma AG Deutschland. Zum 01.01.2005 Betriebsübergang (Verkauf d. OTC Geschäfts) der Roche Produktionsstätte in Grenzach als GP Grenzach Produktions GmbH in die Bayer-Healthcare AG. Aufgaben: Als Mechaniker Zuständig für den Betrieb und Unterhalt der technischen Anlagen. Mechaniker in der Ampullen Verpackung, Ampullen und Flaschen Etikettierung, Abfüllung und Verpackung von Tabletten in Glas- und Kunststoffflaschen. Techn. Betreuung einer Sachet-Abfüllmaschine sowie diverser Kleinmaschinen. Erfahrung in der Fertigspritzen Verpackung und Safety Device Assemblierung. Erfahrung mit Verpackungsmaschinen des Typs Bosch, Uhlmann, Bausch und Ströbel sowie Collischan/Swiftpack Umsetzen von Kleinprojekten. Wartung und Instandhaltung, Formatumstellungen und Techn. Betreuung von Ampullen, Blister und Schüttpack-Verpackungslinien. Ampullen-Etikettierung und Sachet-Maschinen. Unterstützung der Mechaniker-Lehrlingsausbildung sowie bei der Safety Device Implementierung (Fertigspritzen).
