Job Experience Technical: Chemical, machinery and plant engineering and pharmaceutical industry: medical device; primary, secondary and tertiary packaging; labeling; solids and liquids drug product requirements; sterile and non-sterile filling, assembling and packaging manufacturing, QC release, IPC controls. Managing: Head of organization, re-organization according to future needs, optimizing business processes, establishing E2E process, development of people, coaching employees, groups or organizations, building of vision and long-term strategies, supervision of budget for infrastructure and equipment of section, collaborating with SSF leadership team on future device testing strategies.
Lead of the multidisciplinary Clinical Manufacturing Department in Basel with around 90 employees, responsible for sterile DP manufacturing of pre-filled syringes, liquid vials, cartridges and lyophilized vials for clinical Phase 1-3 including visual inspection, compounding, GMP support, Science and Technology, planning and logistics.
Supervision of a team of 9 employees during this Job rotation into the Clinical Supply Center Parenterals (Basel). Monitoring and control of GMP-compliant samples and visual control of the Products with the aim of maintaining the high quality standard of the products manufactured.
Create a manufacturing concept for new work pieces, design and develop clamping devices for cubic work pieces and arrange for procurement, create NC programs with associated documentation, identify and exploit potential for optimization in exciting machining.
CNC machine operator in the displacement machines division in the production department. Retrofitting and operating CNC machines, changing programs, setting up the machine and processing lot sizes as well as programming machining centers.
