My mission is to give technical support for design and verification of new bus series of Mercedes Benz Turk at the facility located at İstanbul, Turkey.
•Development of system & components and customer specific requirements for body comfort system electronics in integral and chassis buses with the cost, quality, and delivery targets in accordance with legal and comfort requirements. •To take in account and ensure coordination and cooperation with other global departments (truck, van and passenger car). Also, global technical responsibility on behalf of the customer and sales department and following legal requirements and fulfil all legal and company requirements. •To create, track and implement innovations to the bus development and realizing to new electronic features means any new component in the responsibility field) •To find fitting engineering solutions for complex customer needs in a very short timeline and ensure that these solutions are secure in terms of vehicle integrity, prestige of the company and legal aspects. •To lead the development activities with the supplier as an expert and to be a decision maker and unique authority for the uncertainties and deviations. To carry out responsibility against projects and customers with cost and time impact. •To coordinate and work together with company’s global development partners in around the world, as well as different departments such as sales, marketing, purchasing, production, legal, after‐sales. •To take measures to ensure the availability and security of the system are implemented and monitored (high level software process know‐how) •To be the face of the company as the sole technical expert while in technical meetings with customers and suppliers (Door Systen, PSSR System, Interior-Exterior lighting System, – Destination Display, Passenger Counting System, etc..-).
My mision is to provide technical support for system design and verification to the "Body Comfort System Department" at the Mercedes Benz Turkey facility in Istanbul, Turkey. • Interior exterior lighting KSW (Costumer Special Request) process management. • Circuit Diagram Preparation, Function Calculation Schematic Desing and more. • Validation tests for work done.
• Creating the entire schematic diagram. - Pin to pin connections - Selecting of appropriate wire cross section areas - Performing voltage drop analysis - Checking wire cross section areas - Checking fuse values - Getting inputs for performing cost-reduction • Carrying out cost-reduction activities - Selecting of in-line connectors based on the needs ( Sealed/Unsealed , Panel Mount/Clip Mount etc.) - Dealing with variant management on the schematic • Creating 2D harness drawings of vehicles for harness manufacturing - Making sure that placing splices in the most optimized positions - Selecting isolations according to harnesses - Managing derivative harness drawings - Creating BOM lists for harness manufacturers • Creating and managing library parts for the usage of schematic & harness drawings
