Hey there, I’m Charles (but I’ve always gone by my middle name, Matthew). I’m passionate about communication, leadership, and raising the standard for both myself and others. Whether it’s at work, leading as a medic in the Army, coaching young athletes, or sharing motivational messages with all of you, my mission is simple: to inspire, educate, and make a meaningful impact in today’s world. I’ve had the privilege of gaining valuable experience under pressure - supporting Covid ICU nurses, missions in Iraq and Hungary, and supporting Governance, Risk, Compliance & Ethics initiatives at Honda. Along the way, I’ve learned the importance of integrity, resilience, communication, and most importantly - teamwork. When I’m not in the office or in uniform, I’m all about fatherhood (two kiddos, we have our hands full) - living intentionally with a focus on faith, fitness, and being the best dad I can be.
