Mr.Sarath M Nair is an experienced and a highly dedicated healthcare leader with over 20 years of hands on experience in various aspects of laboratory medicine across India and UAE. Currently a Phd scholar, Mr.Sarath M Nair holds a dual masters in both Medical Lab Technology as well as in Healthcare Administration with immense knowledge in laboratory operations, customer satisfaction, project management and in the new era which is AI. His career started in the year 2006 as a Technologist in one of the reputed multi speciality hospitals in the southern part of India which is one of the biggest heart hospitals in India. After obtaining a diversified 5 years of experience in various fields of laboratory medicine from India, Mr.Sarath M Nair decided to move to the UAE in the year 2011 and is currently working as a Laboratory Manager in one of the largest reputed healthcare providers in the UAE since 2018.
