I am the founder and CEO of The NBD Group, Inc., a business and legal solutions corporation. To date, I have advised on numerous corporate and private equity fund transactions with an aggregate value of more than $115 billion. I am a frequent speaker and writer on innovation, private equity, capital markets, leadership and diversity. Several organizations have recognized me for professional expertise, leadership and community involvement. I sit on several boards. I also serve as a National Delegate for the Vision 2020 Project, a national campaign to advance women’s equality. I have developed a Think Tank series co-sponsored by the Stanford Rock Center, Berkeley Center for Law & Business and ACG (Silicon Valley). I have also been involved in several golf tournaments to raise money for the American Cancer Society and served as a Founding Tournament Director and Honorary Committee Member for the Golf Classic benefiting Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital.
