Creation of international F&B concepts for restaurants, bars, nightclubs, member's club, and spas. Specialization in premium and lifestyle projects. Management of international projects, covering the following scope: - Pre-concept phase: benchmarking, market trend analysis, feasibility studies - Brand identity development: strategic positioning, storytelling, branding, brand platform - Financial framework: P&L development - F&B concept development: menu architecture and offer structuring - Technical coordination: kitchen and bar layout follow-up with operational requirements - Design & artistic direction: architecture, scenography, uniforms, sound & lighting design - OS&E selection and listing - Network management: sourcing and connecting with suppliers and experts tailored to each project - Service excellence: Hospitality signature, guidelines, and process book creation
