HR Operations & Administration Activities: - Preparing Training calendar for the year and exploring the need for new training. - Framing and implementation of HR policies across all facilities. - Provide information to employees on different HR policies and benefits. - Employee engagement activities to leverage the work culture and environment. - Maintaining records related to Admin activity & prepare & submit MIS as per management requirements. - Liasioning and coordinating with various departments within the corporate office and all branch offices all over India. - Organize and handle logistics for internal and external meetings, team events, training, Town Halls. - Vendor management (including health insurance and other facility activities) - Record & manage day-to-day cash purchases and verification of invoices of various admin activities & monitoring of payment. - Overlook reimbursement process of different expenditures. Talent Acquisition: - Interact with Teams/managers in regard to understanding the requirements and developing job descriptions. - Sourcing resumes through job portals, headhunting & references. - Briefing candidates regarding Job description, Company profile, interview process, etc. - Conducting interviews and salary negotiation. - Conduct post-selection document verification and oversee HR induction and onboarding process. - Manage documentation, including the creation and uploading of personal files in the internal system. - Prepare employment correspondence such as appointment, confirmation, PIP, and warning letters. - Conducting and assisting in exit interviews. - Complete documentation for exit clearance and handover procedures. - Prepare experience and relieving letters and process full and final settlements. Attendance and Payroll: - Generate day-to-day attendance reports, holiday calendar annually and Monthly Payroll input. - Overviewing Recognition after evaluation KPIs.
