In this role, I oversee all aspects of creative development, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and market trends. From conceptualizing innovative campaigns to refining brand identities, we drive the creative process forward. The core of this agency revolves around 'constructing ethical narratives'. which essentially means portraying a brand image that stems from a mindful thought process. 'It's just the way it happens' is not a term we use in this space. SehatNama is a hassle-free prescription management service which offers great value to patients and doctors. The differentiating factor here is that data entry is completely our responsibility. For doctors, SehatNama offers customisable dashboards with data insights which will allow them to make better business and patient-centric decisions. For patients, SehatNama is the only service in the country which offers to digitse your entire medical history without expecting you to enter any data. I am responsible for customer acquisition, customer experience and product development based on market requirement. Our aim is to offer highly customised healthcare solutions for doctors and patients alike and help people understand their health requirement better.
Managed the Executive Health Checkup product. Grew product sales from zero in 5 months through an on-ground push, outdoor visibility and digital campaigning. Oversaw strategy, outreach and visibility for Healthcare verticals which include Medical Centers, Radiology, Vaccination Centers, Pharmacy, Home sampling Services, Homecare Department and Lab Testing services. Led the COVID Vaccination project in terms of branding, digital strategy, outreach and visibility. Positioned Chughtai Vaccination services as a premium product in the market. Made the campaign inclusive for the deaf community by partnering with ConnectHear for the awareness campaign. Oversaw regional management and demands from 13 regions across Pakistan. This includes supporting on-ground health campaigns through a digital push, print collateral. I help the Regional Managers form a real picture of how much impact their campaigns are creating in sales. Content creation and conceptualization of running online and offline campaigns throughout the year for all verticals. This can include written content, design direction, photography, videography and website creation. Independent projects overseen, conceptualized and executed include vehicle branding and internal building branding. Launched two independent projects (CADx and Nur Nursing Home), which includes making their brand identity, digital presence and content creation. Hosted bi-weekly live sessions with healthcare practitioners on the Chughtai Lab Facebook page for awareness and community engagement. Special Taskforce for rebranding and uplifting the online and offline presence for Central Park Teaching Hospital, Lahore.
CIRCLE Women Association is a tech non-profit operating in Pakistan. It focuses on digital literacy, financial inclusion and entrepreneurship for women from low-income households. CIRCLE's mission is aligned with SDGs 1, 5, 8 and 17. As a Communications Consultant, me and my team's focus is on implementing the 8 point annual strategic focus. The progress of first 3 months include: 1. Revamping CIRCLE's visual branding (Logo, vision, mission, core values, branding guidelines). 2. Designing and launching its official website. 3. Increasing employee engagement, ownership and recognition on digital platforms. 4. Increasing donor recognition and contribution on digital platforms. 5. Effectively communicating CIRCLE's high impact work via written content, building mindful visuals through design, photo and video, creating a branding and social media strategy, and facilitating core team functions. 6. Facilitating CIRCLE's youth internship program where design, marketing, media, business and psychology students are matched with low-income women entrepreneurs to boost their small ventures. 7. Building meaningful corporate partnerships and increasing visibility on partner events to boost CIRCLE's mission. 8. Facilitating and implementing pre-event hype, on-ground execution and post-event reporting for milestone events like graduation ceremonies for participants. 9. Establishing CIRCLE as an authority in the area of digital literacy, financial inclusion and entrepreneurship through producing research backed content. 10. Strategizing and executing 360 communication strategies for CIRCLE's flagship projects: Digital Literacy Program, Digital Acceleration Program, She Loves Tech, Elevate Growing Women Leaders and TechKaro. 11. Maintaining the design and print portfolio for CIRCLE's official merchandise, outreach support kits, partner recognition kits and executive giveaways. 12. Collecting, writing and disseminating participant success stories through multiple channels.
