I attended graduate school at the University of Utah and obtained a Master's Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Cognitive and Motor Neuroscience. While in graduate school, I studied motor learning and skill acquisition, which eventually lead to a a thesis based on motor learning and skill acquisition and its relation to coaching in sport. I love to coach other coaches and help them develop into the best coach they can be for their athletes. Prior to obtaining my MS, I obtained my Bachelor's of Science is in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Fitness and Wellness with a minor in Psychology. Over the years, I have become extremely passionate about working with others to reach their goals, especially in professional and sports settings.

I have been able to build Park City Ski & Snowboard (PCSS) a development program from scratch. With this, I also built a virtual in-house coaching education platform specific to our club and our club needs on an LMS platform. With a strong background in coaching and motor learning, I was able to evaluate where the club was at and provide personalized education for our coaching staff. Our new in-house coaching education system provides learning opportunities, from basic coaching education and coaching frameworks provided by Team USA to overall brain health and mental health to all facets of motor learning. All aspects of this system have been tailored so they can be used for any sport and will continue to grow as the program develops. I have also brought in a number of presenters who have further educated us about diversity, equity, and inclusion in our Park City communities, brain health and concussions, mental health and well-being, and physical health and well-being for both coaches and athletes. I have also been working on additional projects for our club in collaboration with the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation and the USOPC to help further advance our coaches in their careers with PCSS and beyond. In addition to furthering coach education, I built a page on our PCSS website directed at parents, where parents can become more educated about their athlete(s) and the parent role(s) in sport. This page has TONS of helpful articles and resources for parents, as well as articles we have collaborated on with community partners who have been able to personalize the information based on what we thought the club needed.
