Accessibility & Quality Assurance • Audited accessibility standards platform-wide (based on WCAG and AS EN 301 549 criterion) and compiled results into a VPAT report. • Led remediation efforts to achieve WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance, resolving all non-conforming criteria through code, content, and design updates.
