With almost two decades of professional experience, I have dedicated my career to fostering global education and intercultural communication. As the Resident Director at the Oregon Study Center Germany (OSCG), I collaborate with 21 partner universities across Oregon and Baden-Württemberg to facilitate seamless student exchanges by providing support in logistics, academics, housing, and cultural integration. I strategically manage program budgets, oversee the articulation of coursework between institutions, and guide students through academic and cultural transitions. My expertise in intercultural communication and study abroad programs enables me to mentor students and contribute to their academic and personal growth. My aim: To empower students find their version of a transformative international experience and continue the growth of our 55+ year-old exchange program with student and faculty outreach that speaks to the current needs and interests of international collaboration.
