About

With a strong foundation in human-centred communication, sales performance, and workplace training, I bring a diverse and transferable skill set that spans across face-to-face (F2F), business-to-business (B2B), and vocational training environments. My professional journey began with a degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy, equipping me with deep emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to rapidly build rapport—skills that have proven invaluable across every role I've held. Alongside my studies, I cultivated a successful career in luxury retail sales, consistently exceeding KPIs and earning recognition as a top performer for globally renowned brands. Following graduation, I transitioned into a B2B government position, further broadening my experience before moving into my current role in vocational and workplace training. In this capacity, I deliver training in both technical areas such as supply chain operations and essential employability skills including communication, teamwork, WH\&S responsibilities, and professional conduct. My work now involves not only equipping individuals for the workforce but also coaching young people, managing conflict, navigating grievances, WH\&S issues, and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) matters. I’m passionate about empowering others to thrive in professional environments and committed to lifelong learning and impactful career development.
