Whatever the endeavor and whatever the field, be it media, legal, retail, finance, or an arena yet unexplored, I ultimately come back to three things: focus, forethought, and flexibility. Outfitted Co-op members and guests for life outside, with an emphasis on snow sports and cycling. Promoted the exploration, stewardship, and diversification of outdoor spaces alongside a team dedicated to authentic customer engagement and excellent customer service at all points of contact.
Supported the firm’s real estate practice by preparing complaints and related documents for secured lenders in foreclosure matters and preparing and filing motions for relief for secured creditors in bankruptcy matters.
Led the Criminal Defense Department’s pursuit of post-conviction relief for noncitizen clients, conducting client interviews, investigating court files, drafting and filing affidavits and motions, appearing in court with clients for hearings and re-pleadings. Assisted on a range of criminal matters, including fraud, drug offenses and homicide.
Conducted legal research on topics including non-resident online trademark counterfeiting, public utility liability, and securitized mortgage foreclosures. Composed and edited legal memoranda. Assisted with trial preparation.
