Here is a description of what I did for Linde Arabian Contracting Company with some of my key responsibilities. • Manage revision of Company HR Policies, HR Work Instructions and Job descriptions. • Handle Recruitment and Staffing. • Maintain and always keep updated employee records in SAPHRON & Personnel Files. • Maintain GOSI records/ LiFT reporting and monthly report to Finance about contribution payments. • Manage online Talent Mgmt. & Performance Mgmt.– IPF Calibration – VC pay-out process. • Drafting and distribution of Memo’s and letters. • Review the monthly payroll summaries for employees/ delegates/ trainees. • Handle Final Exit & Clearance Process of the employees. • Handling Employee grievances and ensure on-time resolution. • Oversee and assist in Admin. related tasks/ back-up for Admin. Officer. • Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
Here is a description of what I did for Linde Arabian Contracting Company with some of my key responsibilities. • Administrative support to the Lead – GR & Security and the GROs. • Issuance/Renewal of employee's public documents i.e. IQAMA considering the arrangement of required document for the process (Health insurance, medical test, etc...). • Taking care of all legal requirement of employees in Saudi (Family visas, work-visit visa, commercial visa, Driving License, etc…) letters required for addressing authorities. • Safe-keeping & validation of all Company records i.e. CR, COC & others. • Submit & validate records at Saudi Agencies such as GOSI, MOL & SAGIA. • To ensure that organization comply with Government regulations. • Any adhoc request from immediate supervisor & from Head of HR & Administration.
