J'ai passé plusieurs années à implémenter des outils et des processus supply chain complexes chez GSK (OMP, S4) et à convaincre des équipes que le changement valait le coup. Ce que j'observe aujourd'hui : l'IA arrive en force dans la SC. Et la majorité des responsables que je croise sont dans l'une de ces deux cases : soit ils paniquent, soit ils attendent que ça passe. Les deux sont de mauvaises stratégies. Alors j'ai décidé de faire quelque chose d'utile avec mon expérience. Je construis une formation pour les responsables supply chain qui veulent comprendre l'IA vraiment — pas la version PowerPoint, pas les cas d'usage inventés par un consultant — mais comment cela peut s'appliquer réellement. Praticienne dans l'âme, je souhaite maintenant passer de la théorie à la pratique au sujet de l'IA. Si tu travailles en SC et que tu veux savoir où en est vraiment l'IA dans nos métiers, on va bien s'entendre.
