I have worked most of my life in some compacity or another, I started when I grew up in grocery stores, I learned many tasks way before entering to work force at 14 years old. I got a job as soon as I was legally able to. I would go on and off work though-out my school career; I maintained a job through college until I had life issues that lead out of the work force for a few years. I traveled the world, from Australia to the UK and a few places in-between (mostly just Italy and some parts of the US) I learned to communicate with people from many different cultures and languages as have connected with others all around the world. I learned to put customers' needs first, I would go above and beyond for many of them, call back on product stock and making sure products that could be ordered, were, to meet demand. I learned to watch stock trends and inventory management. I worked on computer ordering systems and even handheld 'symbols'. I have also worked in smaller stores with more acute stock, fresh food and drink prep, I have been SERV safe certified in the past and could easily become again. I spent many years in transit between UK and US frequently, I had a life outside the US briefly every year, and learned a lot in perspective of how people get their food (ie: food delivery before it became popular in the US) and grocery store layouts and product displays. I then took the initiative to start my own business (semi-seasonal) and did craft shows, set up my own product and stock. It was an eye-opening experience that I am still learning and learning from. I learned how to set up P.O.S system and simple website control. I self-promote and self-advertise, know how to build connections and make people feel good about what they are purchasing. I tend to have great customer service when I am confident in the product on offer.

I am well versed in helping achieve or brainstorm ideas and strategies. I use my connections to talented and experienced professional and hobbyists to expand my own knowledge and experience.
