Sugarloaf Fine Arts Camp has played a huge part in shaping me into the person I am today. It's rewarding to pass it on, to see current campers grow not only artistically, but also into loving and accepting themselves and others. Counselor duties include: - 24 hour supervision of a group of 12 girls ages 11-17 for a week at a time. - Plan, execute, and participate in recreational camp activities. - Be a positive role model. Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm. - Ensure the safety and well-being of campers. - Encourage camper participation, a positive camp environment conducive to artistic expression, inclusivity and making new friends, and trying and learning new things. -Uncover campers' individual strengths and self-confidence.
-Assist students learning goals and answer questions regarding studio equipment, software, etc. -Manage inventory of equipment checked out to students -Maintain security in the studio
-Manage outsource vendors -Drive the process of component modifications (Lead Forming, Reballing, Up-Screening) -Review, edit, and/or create Source Control Documents: SolidWorks drawings Manufacturing Instructions Up-Screening SCD's outlining EEE-INST-002 Screening & Qualification requirements -Process Improvement - part of a team to create systemic manufacturing processes and write/edit SOP's -EIDP's (End Item Data Packages) Created a systemic flow process Collaborate with QA to ensure completion of documentation and maintain traceability -Addressed issues with component packaging -Create job travelers in DBA manufacturing database -Part of a team to work on solving and improving DBA-related issues -Follow document change procedures to process redlines
- Maintain and restore aircraft to safe flying condition - Aerodynamics, composite materials, cylinder compression, spark plugs, engine parts and assembly, electrical systems, etc.
