- Accountable for the global strategy, budget, operating model, and delivery framework for analytics, data, and AI across ISS. - Owns the analytics, data and AI roadmap and leads its execution across global customers, delivering scalable, high-impact solutions. - Leads a team of ~50 skilled data professionals, overseeing the management, optimization, and innovation of ISS’s data assets to enable the business and more importantly, effectively use analytics, data and AI to to reshape the business of ISS
- Embedded data agenda into the ISS business strategy to ensure not just a data driven organization but rather an AI ready, capable and transformed organization - Instrumental in winning and retaining ISS global customers through delivery of data and analytics solutions to ISS customers - Drove the global hub for scalable data products and monetization, use cases, best practices and user adoption via literacy programs - Enabled the global community through various key data products on: standardization (i.e. reports, data operations, transition), branding and communication of data and analytics solutions (i.e. Insight@ISS) and learning programs for both developers (Empowerment) and consumers (Enablement) - Owned and governed reporting tools, its adoption across the globe
- Developed BI concepts and analytical frameworks focusing on purpose / action driven insights - Project managed the delivery of customer reporting solutions (i.e. satisfaction reports, KPI model and reports) - Developed standard user experience and canteen satisfaction reporting solution - Improved business to technical collaboration through establishment of process governance (i.e. change request process)
