I am an experienced Building Manager at present. I have worked in this role for 10+ years. My previous roles include Front of House Supervisor, Security Officer, Admin Assistant, Departmental Supervisor, Sales Representative and Delivery Driver for a commercial vehicle components company. I have also previously held an SIA license. I am a confident individual with a demonstrated history of working in the International Affairs Industry. Highly skilled in Interpersonal Communication, with strong people skills and the ability to build positive relationships with occupiers, contractors, and colleagues. I would like to think I am organised, detail-driven, and confident in fast-paced situations. I am a team player who takes pride in maintaining high standards and delivering excellence. I have a flexible Approach, I am also easily adaptable, and possess an excellent telephone and personal manner. I am always highly professional when dealing with both VIP's, contractors, suppliers and people in general. I have completed First Aid training as well as gaining certificates for various courses including, IOSH, Health and Safety in the Workplace, Customer Relations and Security. I am also Fire Warden trained.
