Recruited as a Family Law Solicitor with the primary function of building up the dormant Family Department at the Firms Godalming Office. The Godalming Family Department had been dormant for nearing 2 years prior to my arrival. I have single handily built up a successful case load of clients from a complete standing start and in a very short space of time. I have wide ranging experience in all areas of family related work, but with a particular focus on divorce, ancillary relief and financial settlements, domestic violence, contact and residence disputes and disputes affecting unmarried couples. My experience as a non qualified Barrister allows me to retain advocacy instructions within the Firm and effectively represent my client’s at Court.
