-Specialize in recruiting cleared, technical candidates at the Top Secret level up to the Full Scope Poly level. -Support the entire National Security Sector - specific focus on Software Engineers and Developers, Low-Code, No-Code Solution Engineers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Cybersecurity Professionals for mission-critical work. -Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools while adhering to strict deadlines. Recruiting tools include: Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Clearance Jobs, and Avature (internal Booz Allen Database). -Conduct thorough phone screens of -a minimum of 6 candidates weekly that align with the National Security Team's immediate demand and convert 50% to interview status. -Personal outreach numbers are consistently the highest on the team - reaching over 100 first time contacts, with second and third follow ups within 24 hours. -Contact methods include emails, LinkedIn messages, texts, and cold calls. -Foster strong candidate relationships, ensuring transparent communication and enhancing overall candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Serve as the main POC for candidates up until the offer is made. -Streamline candidate sourcing strategies, achieving measurable improvements in candidate quality and reducing time-to-fill for critical roles
