Within my role as Report Coordinator I led a team of four typists, distributing work within a timely manner, ensuring that we maintained our 5 day turn around while proofreading reports to a high standard before sending them to clients and patients in line with our GDPR regulated consent procedure. In March I then became a Contract Support Administrator whereby I worked closely with my client base of 50+ clients, ensuring that their Occupational Health needs were met. I did this by coordinating management referrals, booking individuals in to our clinics across the UK using a bespoke clinical booking system, communicating with third party occupational health providers if we were unable to facilitate a particular appointment due to location or time constraints, and booking pre-employment and annual medicals amongst other tasks specific to my clients needs. Each client is individual according to their company procedures and I maintained an open dialogue with each of them in order to adhere to their needs and KPI’s, ensuring a high quality of professionalism and positive experiences for the client.
