Introduced initiatives to establish a balanced budget, prioritizing competitive pay and comprehensive benefits for staff, enhancing employee retention and organizational stability Led a team of eight staff members and approximately 120 volunteers annually, and collaborated with a nine-member board of directors Oversaw large-scale facility improvement projects, including the fundraising and development campaigns required to support them Presented at national and state conferences and collaborated with regional Executive Directors Designed and launched an innovative outdoor education program for young children and their caregivers and helped other programs do the same around the state Created and secured funding annually for a Scholarship Fund, improving accessibility for families
