I am an undergraduate student studying Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and biomedical sciences with a keen interest in sports injury and rehabilitation. As an athlete, I understand the frustrations of going through injury and am glad to have had a strong team of learned individuals guide me through my injuries and help me return to sport. I aspire to be that for a future generation of athletes and to teach the general population how to stay active, but pain-free.
At Join Strength, I coached Crossfit and Weightlifting, and aided injured members in rehabilitation of injuries and rehabilitation back to sport.
Completed a joint project with the Bioinformatics Institute (BII) and Singapore Institute of Food and Biotechnology Innovation (SIFBI)
Individual coaching sessions are my main focus, providing rehabilitation training, preparing for a return to sport, and weightlifting.
Competed at the 2022 Birmingham Commonwealth Games as a U59kg female lifter.
I teach primarily Olympic Weightlifting, but occasionally also teach and programme rehab programs for injured athletes and athletes coming back into play.
Healix TCM branched off from Heartcore TCM in July 2023. As such, I was involved in the set-up of the new clinic as well as in its launch.
